A few weeks ago I’ve posted 50+ New Handpicked Goodies For Web Developers & Designers For July 2013 and many great new resources for web developers and designers have been released and I want to feature them right now instead of posting some of them in the nearest future.

JavaScript & jQuery Plugins
jQuery.panelSnap
panelSnap is a jQuery plugin that, after scrolling, snaps to blocks of content which I like to call panels. You can actually nest sets of panels.
jQuery Gridly
Gridly is a jQuery plugin to enable dragging and dropping as well as resizing on a grids. In the example below try tapping or dragging any of the bricks.
Vague.js
Vague.js is an experimental script that allows you to blur any kind of html element thanks to the SVG filters. This script is crossbrowser and it was tested on Firefox 10 + , Chrome 18 +,Safari 6.0 + and IE 7 +
TourBus
jQuery TourBus is another tour/walkthrough jQuery plugin, written in CoffeeScript. It’s simpler than many other plugins that do the same kind of thing, and can be used with LESS or CSS.
FlipClock
FlipClock.js is a jQuery plugin which replicates this effect to present anything related to time. It has support for working as a clock, countdown or timer and can be customized completely with CSS.
Later
Later.js, a stadalone JavaScript library, offers an advanced usage for triggering recurring events and can easily replace both methods for many projects.
Opa Framework for Javascript
Opa is a full-stack open source web development framework for JavaScript that lets you write secure and scalable web applications.
Opa generates standard Node.js/MongoDB applications, natively supports HTML5 and CSS and automates many aspects of modern web application programming: Ajax/Comet client-server communication, event-driven and non-blocking programming models.
Automaton
Automaton is a task automation tool written in JavaScript you will just need to set it up as an autofile describing what you need done, and even you just have one autofile you can use another autofile for even more complex tasks.
